Time.   
OK. First lets consider time. Or, more correctly, the present. I've often wondered about it. I'd say it has to have a length. Consider it. It's connected to the past and the future. And it must be the smallest amount of time possible. The time it takes for an atom to think of wobbling. The period of time in between which, in New York, the light turns green and the car behind you honks. In other words, the time it takes for the shortest possible thing that can happen to happen. Finding this unit of time, I hypothesise, will be ground breaking for, well, lets face it, the whole of mo Theorems On Time And Emotions.

Meaning of lifeYou asked me in that journal of mine  To go and think and then define  What life means: what it is for  So I thought. And thought some more.   
I delved into the ancient tomes.  And through the pathways of knowledge I roamed.  Just to find some age-old clue,  And write the meaning of life to you.   
And now I have it tucked away  In my head, far from the fray  And chaos of the outside world.  When I found it it danced and curled

AuthorityWhat is authority?   
Well, the common answer is its something a person has that enables them to tell someone else what to do. It gives one person control over another person.   
This cannot be true.  
 
Is there any important difference between you and your school teacher? between you and a policeman? between you and your parents?   
NO   
This shows that the reason they have authority over you is because you obey them. Authority is an illusion, an illusion created by the submissive attitude of the weak.   
When I use the teacher as an example, they have no authority, but they do re Authority

Hello

I will go straight to the point. This is a philosophy club.

also, i urge members to do stuff with this group ! i dont want the group going dead, but i dont want it to be like im just doing everything. this is not just my club, so please submit something. or if you have a good idea, tell me! i would be happy to submit anything relavent!

Joining:

I will accept anyone. No matter what school of thought you may belong to.

All i ask is you make some form of contribution.

just send a note asking to join, watch the club and put our icon in your journal.

simple as that.

Submiting:

just send a note with a link and details such as what to put in the artist comments and whether to disable comments etc.

i will submit anything recognisably philosophical. this includes political ideology but NOT party politics.

It includes any medium. aslong as it makes a philosophical point. this means NOT anything like a portrait of some philosopher.

also. dont favourite the work unless it specifically says you can. there will be a link to the original artist. favourite on them.

That is all i have to say now. i will probably add more later, just note me if theres anything i missed.
